Job Description : We are looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about creating unique culinary experiences to join our new restaurant opening soon in Downtown Phoenix!
Palma is currently seeking Door Attendant personnel! Must be well spoken, level-headed with a welcoming attitude! Must understand that customer service, patron safety and employee safety are our top priorities. You will be our guests first contact, so offering a friendly welcome and professional demeanor is a must.
Your responsibilities include:

Welcoming our guests entering and exiting Palma with a great attitude!
Maintaining legal compliance by checking proper age identification of guests
Alcohol awareness and de-escalation of any guest conflicts
Situational awareness and vigilance of surroundings
Ensuring employee and guest safety
Crowd management and problem-solving skills
