Crew Members – We need crew members to greet our guest, take orders behind the counter and in the drive through. And of course, serve great coffee and donuts. Our crew members have the desire to serve our neighborhood guest with a smile and quick service.
Shift Leaders – Not only do these talented people help our guest in the same way our crew members do, but they also support our crew members in every way possible. They train new crew members on each position and act as role models for them. As the manager in charge their quick thinking and awareness keep the flow of the restaurant moving.
Assistant Manager – As the name says these hard-working people assist the manager of the store in the successful operation of the restaurant. This position is for those who have the desire to run their own restaurant but still need a little more confidence or need to perfect their skills.
