Job Description : The E-Commerce Executive grows the e-commerce business by working in a fast-paced digital environment. He/She ensures smooth operation in the business. He/She must be collaborative and results-oriented. He/She must be technology-savvy and able to operate well under pressure.Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsuring hygiene of the account and listings of Marketplaces including up-to-date content, Price check, and updation.Accuracy in cataloging, product content writing, editing, and right groupings, set up keywords, an expert in templates of various portals.Order fulfillment process management.Promoting Brand campaigns on the various marketplace through online campaign and deals promotion.Monitor key performance indicators on the assigned marketplaces and strategic plans to improve them.Coordinate with warehouse team, operation team, and accounts team.Evaluate approach & strategy to improve marketplace sales conversion.Involvement in Catalogue Management, Product Analysis, Sales Analysis, and Inventory Management.Ready to do things on the ground level, having strong learning ability and adaptability.Desired Candidate Profile-Graduation must, P.G./MBA will be preferred with strong Communication and Written Skills.Prior experience of working in E-commerce /SEO/Digital Marketing/Online Companies is preferred.Should be very confident and presentable. Freshers are also welcome.Candidates should be ready to join on an immediate basis with a 15 days notice period.Multi-tasking and challenge-lover attitude is required with the ability to handle pressure.Some Knowledge of Image editing software like Photoshop, Coral, and Paint is preferable.Creative and Out-of-the-Box thought process required.Prefer to have an understanding of Listing and updating Products Listing, Adding to a Brand presentation ( like A+ content, Amazon Store creation, etc), Idea Exploration on-trend on Online Promotional activities on Marketplaces, Type of Campaign Running, etc will be an add On.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, FresherSalary: ₹120,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusApplication Question(s):Can you commute to the Indore location?Experience:E-commerce: 1 year (Required)SEO: 1 year (Required)
