Job Description : Position: E-commerce Operations Executive
Location: Ludhiana
Experience: Max. 1-2 years in customer service
Job Profile:
1. Need to Achieve Monthly Online Sales Target and Promotions Updating.
2. Shall be responsible to email dispatch details to customer of their Ecommerce orders on daily basis (Online Channels Need to have Well Equipped)
3. Shall be responsible for Tele calling & Emails on the Ecommerce orders received on daily basis & maintain report customer wise.
4. Shall be responsible for maintaining daily MIS reports & submit to Top management on daily basis.
5. Shall be responsible for online buying & demo feedback.
6. Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
7. Accurate and timely reports to be prepared and maintained
8. Shall be responsible for maintain & updating MIS related to operational activities, Production, sales, and client database management
9. To keep the report data bank ready for any requests received from time to time
10. Reports/dashboard generation / Publishing Daily / Weekly / Monthly
