Job Location : GURGAON (Sec. 44)
The primary responsibility of supporting the CEO in the successful execution of commitments and responsibilities by
Ensuring weekly/monthly schedule of leadership/ management team meetings, develop agenda and ensure information and preparation briefing is received in a timely manner for internal as well as external meetings. Circulation and follow-ups for the minutes/action items of the meetings
Actively managing communication/ information on behalf of CEO.
Record minutes and follow-ups of the action items assigned business commitments and responsibilities, maintain the timeline and ensure execution as required.
Executing special projects assigned by the Executives.
Managing calendar, Travel Management in coordination with Admin and expense reporting
Serves as principal administrative contact and liaison between departments to facilitate communication at the executive level
Be one of contact for arranging meetings as required by India Country Leads
Record minutes and follow up the action items discussed during India Leadership Team meetings, India Management Team meetings and other meetings and ensure execution
Provide support to the Executives in executing the action items and keeping up with their commitments
Manage other tasks and any ad-hoc reporting as may be assigned by India Country Leads from time to time
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Minimum 1.6+ years of Administrative experience in any industry
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of MS office
Good in Cross-functional coordination and relationship management
