Position : eCommerce and Rewards Specialist

Job Description : As our eCommerce Specialist & Rewards, you will create and implement strategies to grow the adoption of our B2B recently launched eCommerce platform and rewards program. Your role will be critical to the growth of our company as we look to leverage digital technology to transform our industry.
As an eCommerce and Rewards Specialist, your role will include the following responsibilities:

Implement and onboard new customers to our B2B eCommerce platform
Train customers on “best practices” and drive adoption
Build and maintain online purchasing lists that help increase customer efficiency
Oversee and maintain the customer reward programs
Partner with our vendors to use vendor marketing dollars for promotions and events
Plan and promote customer-focused product training
Train and educate our employees on how to plan for and sell our eCommerce platform to customers

Requirements for this role are

Willing to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment (every day will look different)
Proficient with computer and digital technology (ie. You better know how to use Tik-Tok better than we do)
Good humor (we like to have a lot of laughs)
Self-motivated – we generally prefer people who are doers
Excellent communication skills – we’ll want to know how things are going

If you have previous experience with tools like Shopify, Woo-Commerce, BigCommerce, or other digital commerce platforms, that will be a huge plus.
This role will be part-time, with the ability to have flexibility in your day-to-day. With growth and performance, this role could turn into a full-time position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
