Job Description : Responsible for facilitating discussions and resolution procedures for various employee issues and disputes between VIA management and salaried and hourly employees, both represented and non-represented. Advises management and provides support by preparing information for management to utilize during consideration and resolution of employee issues and disputes.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, and at least five (5) years’ experience in employee relations or an acceptable combination. Advanced Degree, MBA, or J.D. preferred.
