Position : Eng Project Coordinator

Job Description : Direct all phases of engineering programs from inception through completion. You will be responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or subsystems of major programs. You will participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. You will coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. You will act as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule and technical performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting to retrieve different Manager Reports. Generate, maintain and manage reports designed to provide analytical support.
Assist in making power point slides.
Managing emails and putting together specifications updating logs efficiently.

Quick learner, supporting team as and when required.

Understanding for software and system for distribution of documents.
Should be able to understand technical terms, experience in working project wise environment.
Assisting Project Manager.

Responsible for the orderly recording and keeping of physical and electronic documents, including distributing new documents and discarding obsolete records.
Adhering to numbering convention, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Should be a self-starter. Have knowledge installing software’s and should be open for discussions.
YOU MUST HAVE
Basic Qualifications: 12+ a minimum

Additional qualifications:
Self-starter with strong oral written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well in a team-based environment.Ability and flexibility to work with other regions including US, Europe, and AsiaExperience with engineering projects is considered a plusMS OFFICE experience including EXCEL spreadsheet and pivot table competence.
