JOB DESCRIPTION
Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Entry Level Apache Operations Analyst to support our team based out of Mesa, AZ.
Primary Responsibilities –
Provides technical knowledge and leadership support to manufacturing projects and councils that affect organization efficiency.
Applies process management and process improvement techniques to resolve organizational concerns and issues.
Uses problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills to manage multi-facetted problems and projects.
Gathers data and reports data to senior and executive leadership.
Facilitates work teams, provides necessary training, and leads problem resolution and process improvement.
Assist with activities across functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.
Assist the organization to track and monitor strategies, plans, and track actions.
Assists in the development of Operations Communications and Newsletters Supports Mesa Site Operations Council, Attack Quad, and other supporting councils and meetings.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) –
Microsoft Office Suites; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Solid Communication Skills in both written and oral formats

Conflict Resolution
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years’ related work experience)
