POSITION SUMMARYThis position is tasked with providing logistical and analytical support to our schedulers, traders, ethanol plant, and back-office team. This is a developmental role with a focus on cultivating a well-rounded scheduler and analyst.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Input transaction details into information system tools
Support BioUrja Trading and operations team with regular analysis
Track and trace barge, rail, and trucks logistics
Work with back-office personnel to resolve issues
Work with internal and external counterparts to resolve outstanding issues and handle documentation necessary to facilitate physical movements
Manage vendor relationships with transportation providers, terminal owner/operators, as well as other 3rd party service companies
Analyze, develop, and sustain the most efficient and cost competitive logistics while working closely with BioUrja’s ethanol traders

This position is best suited for a dynamic and self-motivated individual who is willing to work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICIATIONS

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Degree in business, engineering, logistics or related field preferred
Proficient in MS Office
