Position : Events Staff ( Part Time / Flex Work ) $18 -$23 /hr

Job Description : A convention staff member is responsible for helping to set up, run, and break down convention/meeting conference events. Convention staff sometimes work alone, but typically work in a team to handle tasks such as greeting, registering, bad -stuffing, directing attendees, flyering, and time-keeping for speeches.

Neat, professional appearance
Reliability and responsibility
Great attitude is a necessity
Detail-oriented
Takes direction well, but can also take initiative if needed
Part-time, on-call position for upscale catered and non-catered events
Mostly (but not only) daytime hours
Your schedule dictates when you accept an assignment or not
Jobs are in the city and surrounding suburbs
Having your own vehicle is not required but it is a plus
May be required to lift at least 25 pounds
Experience is not necessary as we will train the right people; however, it is a plus if you have experience in the event industry.
