Position : Excel Analyst
Job Description : Candidate must be expert in Excel formulas, custom sorting and filtering, vlookup, hlookup, conditional formatting, pivot table and charts, be able to identify trends in data. Identify and format duplicate records in MS Excel. Get data from multiple workbooks into Active current sheet based on primary field identifier. Compare our prices against competitors’ pricing, and create a table with both prices showing side-by-side comparison and price differences. Candidate will also print USPS shipping labels for customers who request signs and posters. Candidate will create and mail sign/poster tubes to 200+ customers each month. Candidate will use Transaction Pro Importer to import data from MS Excel into Quickbooks 2019. Add/Delete/Modify rebate data in Quickbooks. Print checks in Quickbooks. Run reports in Quickbooks. Candidate must know how to create Powerpoint presentations. Candidate will create monthly promotions in Powerpoint by researching product images on the web. Candidate will need to get promotion information from the vendors/suppliers. If a vendor/supplier does not provide us the promotions on time, candidate will need to get after that vendor/supplier to provide next month’s promotions. This means calling and emailing the vendor/supplier every day to get the monthly promotions. Create & print custom posters and signs to fulfill customer orders. Candidate must have experience with Paint 3D. This role will provide backup support to Office Admin/Customer Service, Sales & Support role. Answer telephone calls. Drive issues to resolution. Route calls to appropriate vendors. Dispatch service issues. Write detailed emails to vendors, describing customer issues and suggest steps to resolve those issues. Investigate pricing errors. Learn to read invoices from different vendors. Learn to breakdown each invoice by case and unit. Learn to identify pricing errors on invoices and document each price discrepancy in MS Excel. Fill out forms in MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets. Data entry & data capture. Information gathering. Track down sales persons. Create itineraries with GeoBatch or Google Maps. Address noncompliance issues with customers. Inform field reps of noncompliance issues at customer stores. Assign and delegate issues to field reps based on field reps current workload and geo-location. Learn Poster Lite software to design and create posters. Make sales calls as needed. New product launch includes educating the customers on increased profits from carrying new products. Experience with Quickbooks and creating forms with Adobe is preferred but not required.
