Job Description
Attending incoming calls.
Should have knowledge of Land Acquisition, preparation for meetings, handling appointments, updating calendar, maintaining and storing files, making travel arrangements
Drafting, typing and sending letters and emails.
Coordinating with Vendors & Clients
Follow up and monitor the status of pending matters.
All other miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Knowledge related equipment.
