Position : Executive Assistant

Job Description : This role requires an executive assistant who is excited to join a fast-paced, energetic team. This position will report to Corporate Counsel. The Executive Assistant will work closely with corporate counsel, internal personnel as well as outside counsel to the company. The person in this position should have a strong desire to collaborate with internal team members and ensure all aspects of expanding Airrosti’s services are satisfied. The role will likely have other administrative type functions associated with it in support of the VP of Administration.

Essential Job Functions:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing certain aspects of setting up new legal entities through which Airrosti provides services and overseeing daily functions of contract management and corporate functions and filings.
This function will play a critical role as the company continues to expand. Specifically, the responsibility of this position falls into three main areas:

Corporate governance

Ensuring proper registrations and filings with secretary of state offices
Drafting or updating company bylaws and company documents

Contracts management

Drafting and updating management services and professional services agreements
Assist with basic contract review and revisions (e.g., NDAs, services agreements)

Compliance matters

Assist with ensuring the company has proper policies in place
Updating policies, as needed, as the company expands into other states
Work with other departments and outside counsel to review compliance matters and provide input on deficiencies or steps for improvement
