JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are continuing to grow at a rapid pace and are looking for an experienced, rockstar Executive Assistant in the San Diego area to join our fantastic team! The Executive Assistant will work remotely, report to our CEO, and will perform a diverse set of responsibilities within the operations department including scheduling and communications, client support, onboarding, enrollment, special projects, mentor support and other duties as they are assigned. Our ideal candidate will be confident and outgoing, professional, resourceful, reliable, organized, articulate, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Calendar and meeting management
Facilitate organized and streamlined administrative workflows
Manage and complete tasks related to the customer journey
Deliver high-level client support through responsive and ongoing communication
Help address client requests and provide solutions in real-time
Provide ongoing administrative support for the operations and mentoring department
Analyze systems and processes and provide suggestions for improvements
Draft documents and help the team with any necessary event preparations and support.
Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives
Support virtual and live event coordination

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced and high growth environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets (mandatory)
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Oustanding interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Great multi-tasker
Get it done, team player mindset
Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skillful managing processes with the ability to coordinate and prioritize
Analytical and detail-oriented in all work activities
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
