Job Description : Job role: Our company’s on the lookout for a skilled Executive Assistant who will be able to provide support to Space 5 in a proactive and timely manner. An assistant’s duties will involve duties like managing the executive’s schedule, handling their correspondence, preparing analyses and ensuring implementation of objectives in a timely manner.Responsibilities: Assist an executive by being the point of contact for all communication i.e the phone, email, fax etc. Duties also include interfacing with clientsManage the executive’s schedule by arranging appointments, travel itineraries etc.Produce reports for the executive, based on historical references or research, as requestedKeep information confidential and secure through use of backups and appropriate security softwareManage office supply inventory and maintains stock levels to ensure smooth functioningMaintain and improve office filing systemRepresent the executive in their absence by attending meetings and taking notesAssist other employees as per the executive’s wishesMaintain professional knowledge levels by attending workshops and following publicationsRequirements: 2 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant/Front Desk Assistant or in a similar position preferredHigh school degreeBachelor’s degreePA certification is a plusStrong organizational skills with an eye for detailTech-savvy and acquainted with office management proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skillsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per year
