Position Summary: Ensures Executives are supported, prepared, and focused. Acts as a key partner in data collecting and reporting. Communicates with program directors, program managers, executive team members, and trustees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of service and response
Models a service attitude towards others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, patients and co-workers
Able to demonstrate our values of diversity, integrity, stewardship and compassion in performance of daily responsibilities and interactions
Answer incoming calls and screen for executives
Organize and prioritize large volumes of phone calls, voice and postal mail, and determine levels of priority

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business, or related field preferred with five or more years’ experience of C-Level Executive Support as an Executive Assistant
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience working with Board of Directors/Trustees required
Computer literate and experience with MS Office suite of products; spreadsheets and organizational tool experience is a must
Data base entry, reporting and query experience preferred
Demonstrates high professional ability to handle sensitive situations with poise, tact, and diplomacy
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
Strong organizational and time management skills required
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
