Position : Executive Bookkeeper

Job Description : Exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper with great organizational skills to join our company in Central Arlington. Position reports to the Owner.
Bookkeeping Duties:

Solid bookkeeping knowledge is needed- debits, credits, journal entries up to G/L.,
Keep record of all bank reconciliations, must have a strong sense of reconciliation,
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,
Daily bank deposits,
Weekly reports,
Journal entries,
Experience with all areas of Quickbooks, Excel, Word,
Multi-state document organization

General Office

Sorting and distributing mail
HR- administering benefits,
Maintaining employee files,
Payroll,
Verbal and written communication skills.

SKILLS:

Strong accounting background
Detail-Oriented
Quickbooks
Excel spreadsheets
Filing, typing correspondence, preparing reports and more.
Microsoft Office applications (i.e.Word, Excel).
