Position : Executive, Creative Client Services
Job Description : The Creative Client Service team is responsible for building long-time relationship with the clients, deliver solutions, Pitching ideas to clients and prepare reports and monitor campaigns. They plan and strategies and grow business with clients. The team have been growing and they are looking for a soul who is honest, have knack for learning, believes in teamwork & growing together as a team and finally has growth mindset.
What will you do?
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
Liaise between client and internal teams
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients need and objectives
Forecast and manage client budgets effectively
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Solve problems
Organically grow business with clients
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Ability to plan and strategize at a different level
Pitching innovative ideas to clients based on relevant trends attained from data resources
Effective team management capabilities
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques
Preparing reports of campaign performance and monitoring campaigns online and offline
What skills and experience you will need?
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising / Marketing/ Creative Multimedia or relevant field
2-3 years of account management and client servicing experience in the online/digital advertising industry.
Proven track record in client relationship management and creative / content development
Knowledge about the digital media industry and latest digital advertising trends.
Solid numerical and financial understanding.
Strong interpersonal, communication skills and analytical kills.
Leadership capabilities, proactive and solution driven thought process
People management skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
