Title: Executive DirectorPaid or Volunteer: Paid – SalaryFull or Part Time: Full-timeSalary Range: $95,000 – $100,000Reports To: Board of DirectorsSupervises: Clinic Staff & VolunteersCommittees: Works with Board of Directors, Medical Director, Clinic Volunteers, and Board of Directors Sub Committees
Other Relationships: Works with Board of Directors, Congregations, Vendors, and Community Partners
The Role: The Executive Director of Mercy Clinic leads the team of staff and volunteers that care for the physical and spiritual well-being of their patients. The Executive Director ministers, nurtures and cultivates relationships resulting in ongoing support of the Clinic through volunteerism, gift giving and grants. The Executive Director works non-traditional hours and leads and manages the overall operations and staff of Mercy Clinic in accordance with policies and goals established by the Board of Directors.
