Job Responsibilities:
Understand Springer Nature products and articulate the same to customers appropriately.
Must have some experience in Inside Sales or pitching products over phone and emails
Calling & emailing Academic Institutes/Colleges of assigned regions/states and thus achieve budget.
Maintain & support a good rapport with existing customers & agent partners for online products in market.
Manage sales, be able to identify predictable opportunities in the region and display the required skills to convert pipelines into sales.
To prepare sales forecasts, sales analysis, coordinate sales activities & after sales care to institutional customers.
Respond to sales leads generated from marketing efforts as well as cultivating self-generated prospects.
Recognize opportunities and forward them to Institutional sales team.
Conduct presentations, awareness training to customer and provide support to customers as may be needed to engage and achieve customer satisfaction.
Analyze internal reports like usage reports/denials of customers for better pitching of products
Maintaining and updating the customer data in the database collated from different sources
Linking of data over multiple worksheets for automatic updation
Need to have proficiency in MS Office suite of products. Apply excel functions in data analysis for representation
Co-ordinate with other function groups within the organization for data consolidation (as per assigned project)
