Roles and Responsibilities
Knowledge of LAN/WAN
Knowledge of switch, routers and other network devices.
Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows 10, Win7 with Desktops, and Laptops.
Installation and configuration of basic Software & application like Anti-virus, outlook, MS-office etc.
Installation, configuration and maintenance of printers, scanners & peripheral devices used in office.
Good knowledge of use of Microsoft word and Excel.
