Troubleshooting the networking related problems Installation Local and Network Printers and Troubleshooting. Installation & configuration of basic Software. Configure and Manage Outlook

Skills :
Platforms: Windows Server 2012R2 Mails: Outlook Office Tools/Software Packages MS Office Browsers Internet Explorer Ver. 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 and 9.0,10,11. Help Desk Call (Average 15-20 call per day) Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, and deploying LAN/WAN solutions. User account creation, User account deletion and modifying Handling Active Directory Configure and mange DHCP sever Weekly backup of Active Directory.

Qualifications :
Diploma in COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING (69%) from UBTER 12th Passed from UP Boar in PCM with 2nd division (52%) in 2009 10th Passed from UP Board, with 2nd division (By 53%) in 2007
