Job Description : ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Create and maintain the existing management information system reports (MIS) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
● Create reports which combine data from multiple data sources (merge, Join, append, etc.
● Generate and distribute reports in an accurate and timely manner.
● Work with subject matter experts to help define new reporting requirements.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clearly identify parameters and resulting visualization of data.
● Prepare Informative reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing insightful information.
● Focus on quality of work and documentation of reporting process
● Share insights based on reports
● Create compliance reports with internal stakeholders
● Create reports on a regular frequency to assist staffing team to identify available resource for deployment on potential opportunities
● Automate reports using advanced excel and VBA features
Key Skills:
Working knowledge of operational metrics and planning, scheduling, forecasting.
Excellent knowledge in MS excels (advanced excel (v-lookup, H-lookup, distinct, sort, advanced charts, count if, macros and pivot, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of VBA
Ability to multitask and prioritize task(s) in a high volume, high-stress environment.
Ability to be initiative-taking, detail oriented, and organized, with good follow-up skills.
Basic analytical (quantitative and qualitative) and critical thinking skills needed.
