Job Responsibilities :
Ability to identify leads or contact prospective and pre-existing customers by telephone/ emailers
Lead / Need generation through outbound calling
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products / services and the objectives of the company
Explain products / services and prices, and answer questions from customers
Act as a representative of the company and represent our interests at all times
Follow telephone and email etiquettes diligently
Reception of incoming orders and requests for information
Development of email content / pitch as & when necessary
Obtain, Update & maintain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, on a daily basis
Identify potential customers from sources such as business cards, newspaper, social media, market surveys, etc.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or inactive customers.
