Job Description : Job role

Accountable for entire procurement function comprising of procurement schedule on delivery at Project Site.
Develop relationship with business stakeholders & strategic supply partners.
Identifying the procurement needs of all projects/sites. Lead & manage team of buyers to comply with quality & adhering to timelines.
Work alongside with Senior Management in contributing to overall business objectives.
To provide leadership & directions to the team to ensure deliverable are attained.
Track & monitor key functional metrics of Supply Chain Management & Vendor Management to reduce costs & improving effectiveness.
Identify suitable suppliers & evaluate suppliers based on cost quality, reliability & service availability.
Coordinate with suppliers in order to determine product availabilities, delivery sources & terms & conditions of sales.
Maintain records of entire purchase process, i.e. Purchase requisitions, Quotations, Purchase Order, & Delivery Notes & Invoices.
Sound knowledge of market research, along with good communication & analytical skills, effective in negotiating contracts & preparing reports.
Experience preferably required in contracts management including sourcing, selection of a contractor, negotiating for price and other terms & conditions. Must have exposure in framing of contract terms & conditions.
Procurement of Water Supply and Sewerage Treatment Plants related materials & contracts finalization.

Skills:
Negotiations/Costing, Sourcing & Procurement

Qualification: B. Tech or Equivalent degree

Experience: 1 to 2 years in Water infrastructure company.
