VAN GOGH: THE IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
Exhibit Attendants (Fully Vaccinated)
A part time role at Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience located in Upper Darby, PA reporting to the General and Assistant Managers.
JOB SUMMARY
Be a part of an arts-loving and customer oriented team responsible for providing a first-class experience for our visitors. We provide exceptional customer service, and create and promote a positive atmosphere and guest focused culture within our unique, 30,000 sq. ft. immersive experience. WAGE
$16.00 per hour. Those applicants with supervisory experience and who can work opening and closing hours will qualify for a higher wage of $18.00 per hour.
ACTIVITIES TO INCLUDE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
Meet and greet
Box office work
Virtual Reality assistant
Merchandise assistant
Answering visitor queries
Adhering to, and monitoring guests’ adherence to, all Covid safety procedures
And any other duties which enhance the visitor’s experience
The role will require standing and/or walking for much of the time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Fully vaccinated
Be at least 18 years of age
The ability to read, speak and effectively understand the English language
Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends
Must possess above average communication skills
Safety conscious
Outgoing and friendly
Willing to actively engage guests
Ability to learn and understand Van Gogh’s works and his history in order to be able to answer general customer queries
Commitment to providing the best in customer service
THE PERSON:
Venue, leisure, or retail experience
Shift management including opening/closing responsibilities
Previous experience in a customer service environment
A general knowledge and/or enthusiasm for the arts
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
