Job Description : The Center for Transforming Lives Head Start and Early Head Start is seeking an experienced Family Services Coordinator to join our fast paced growing team.
SUMMARY
This position reports to the ERESEA/FCE/PG Manager. This position is oversees Family Advocates and is responsible for Head Start and Early Head Start Family Services and Community and Family Engagement. This position will be responsible for working as part of a team to help develop Family Service systems, reviewing and analyzing data, creating Family Service monitoring systems, and tracking outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Contributes to providing quality service in whatever capacity is required in accordance with skills and training;
Provides direct supervision of Family Advocates
Is part of the FCE and Program Governance team
Maintains awareness of trends and best practices, and is proactive in continually acquiring knowledge in fields related to children and families, poverty and homelessness and early childhood development and education;
Participates in CTL meetings and on committees as required and appropriate;
Knows, abides by and enforces CTL Policies and Procedures;
Promotes unified, team-oriented atmosphere in all communications and actions; and

REQUIREMENTS
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Family Development or a related field. Must have at least two years of supervision and professional level experience in Head Start and Early Head Start. Must have experience in creating systems. Experience in design and delivery of training for adult learners. Bilingual highly desirable. Working knowledge of local community resources in specialty area.
This position is an exempt position and offers competitive compensation and benefits; salary commensurate with experience, education and fit for the position and within team.

Pay: $53,000.00 – $56,000.00 per year
