Job Description : RC Logistics, Inc is an independent service provider with FedEx Ground looking for reliable, passionate and enthusiastic team players to deliver packages. Delivery Associates strive to get every package to the customer’s door on-time and in great condition. We offer full and part-time opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
Use hand held devices for routing information as well as customer delivery information.
Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
Load and unload packages to be delivered of up to 149 lbs.
Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
Pass a physical and drug screening test
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Must be a great team player with a collaborative spirit and assist other team members when needed
Ideal Candidates
Must be at least 21 years old
Must pass background check
Must have a clean driving record
Must pass drug screen & physical test
Must have Drivers License
Delivery Driver experience preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Starting at $16 – $18/ Hour
Promote up to $23 / Hour
