Job Description : · Maintain turnaround time for conducting FI by timely scheduling the visits. Provide feedback to the sales and credit about the customer Give Impartial assesment of the customer and not get influenced from channels/sales team. · · · Conduct a thorough and impartial assessment of the customer/Co applicant/Guarantor and the loan transaction by visiting the customer’s residence and business premises · Share learning’s while conducting FIs, especially any potentially problematic or fraudulent customers with team members to enhance learning guard against such customers entering our portfolio · Highlight any trends in sourcing of negative profiles from specific channels. · Maintain confedentiaily of customer informations. Should not accept any money/Gifts/favour from the customer/sourcing channels/dealers.
