About this role
Our Group Data Operations team have a deep knowledge of BT processes, systems and how Data is used within the company.
We are a group of Data Subject Matter Experts providing high quality processes and expertise to stakeholders across the organisation.
The role will be based in the Customer Reference Data team.
You’ll have the following responsibilities

We are a group of Data Subject Matter Experts providing high quality processes and expertise to stakeholders across the organisation.
The role will be based in the Customer Reference Data team.
You’ll have the following skills & experience
Problem solving skills; Proactive approach to resolving data issues.
Communication skills; Utilise communication skills, both verbal and written, to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders.
Data & systems experience; Minimum 1 year experience working in a role working with data and systems. Experience of reference data or working with customer data preferable.
Attention to detail; Complete work tasks with thoroughness, accuracy and consistency.
