Job Description : Education- MBA(Finance)/CAExperience- 3-5 Yrs.Salary- 50K-60KSoft Skills-· Strong organizational and management skills.· Ability to meet and establish deadlines.· Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.· Experience in forecasting and budgeting.· Energetic, go-getter attitude and eye for details, Strong written and verbal communication skillsERP Knowledge (SAP B1 will be additional benefit)You will be expected to be hands on and execute work by yourself.A High impact Individual Contributor and a great team player as well.Job Responsibilities-· Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements (Quarterly and Annualy)· Performing activities such as BS and P&L analysis, Tax filings (direct and indirect) and all other related statutory compliance.· Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations· Preparation of annual budget and forecasts, and Variance there on and report significant issues to management· Ensure that accounts payable, debt payments and other payments are planned and paid in a timely manner.· Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly, with eye on any kind of revenue loss· Check and Process payroll in a timely manner· Managing relationships with external parties such as banks, accounting firms, vendors and other external consultants in the matters related to entire gamut of finance and accounting function including but not limited to audits as well taxation matters.· Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactionsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹60,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Indore – 452001, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
