Dynata Gurgaon is seeking an experienced Finance Executive with a motivated and proactive mindset. This is an exciting and newly created position as the business makes positive steps with the rollout of a new ERP system and invoicing scanning software in 2022.

Key Responsibilities
Processing Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Transactions, including PO/invoicing matching and invoice entry into the financial system
Maintenance of Vendor/Customer and banking information
Communicating with Vendors and Internal Purchasers to resolve any discrepancies.
Understanding and knowledge of GST/TDS compliances
Understanding and knowledge of FEMA compliances for processing Import service invoices.
Assisting in the roll out and testing of new ERP and invoice scanning software
Other Ad Hoc Duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Commerce
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
Knowledge of large ERP & CRM systems
Comfortable working independently in a flexible and positive manner
Pro-active and passionate attitude
Able to interact with others with the confidence to deliver the necessary impact & influence
Solution-based approach to problem-solving
