Job Description : Work for a firm that has been leading in the financial services industry for well over a decade. We have over 25 years of focused experience in the lump sum rollover market and looking for professional enthusiastic entrepreneurial people to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to transition from appointment maker to a financial advisor while learning the craft from the most experienced colleagues.
An Average Advisers can have the possibility of earning up to $150,000 plus their first year after completing training. Many successful advisers earn $300,000 to $700,000, with top advisers earning 1 million plus in their first five years.
Be not mistaken, these are elite advisers who are willing to invest 60+ hours a week into building their own book of business, as well as many additional hours self-studying and educating. We will give you the tools; however, you must put in the hard work.

Trainees will go through our comprehensive training program. New Advisers will be trained in all aspects of financial services from sales and marketing to retirement planning and compliance. Only the most ethical, disciplined and dedicated candidates will succeed. No experience is necessary; however, the right candidate has strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, and determination.

Must have self-discipline and a desire to be extremely successful
Meet our internal pre-licensing procedures
Pass Series 7 & 66 examinations
Network and build relationships with prospective client base
Regular telephone and in person prospecting
NO cold calling involved, we only have warm and hot leads
Present and implement tax efficient planning solutions to help client accumulate and protect wealth.
Communicate ethically, effectively, and efficiently with prospective clients while building your own book of business
Learn and adhere to all aspects of securities regulations.

Qualifications: ·

College degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, sales customers service and or management
Strong Presentation ability
Strong ethics
Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
Strong communication ability
Ability to learn and adapt to changing situations and circumstances
Ability to perform well under pressure
Deliver on a deadline
