Northrop Grumman’s Enterprise Services (ES) Business Management team is seeking a Financial Assurance Analyst, reporting to ES’ Manager of Financial Assurance. We are seeking an individual to assist in the company’s efforts and requirements related to the calculation and reporting of imputed income and executive perquisites proxy disclosures.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information from multiple organizations including, but not limited to, payroll, timekeeping, travel accounting, accounts payable, security, and transportation
Assist in the preparation of imputed income & proxy schedules and reports
Responsible for the adherence to and communication of accounting, regulatory and auditing policies and procedures
Interact with senior internal/external personnel on matters often requiring coordination between organizations
Communicate regularly with the Imputed/Proxy team leader, the leadership team and key stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline with 3 years’ professional experience or 1 year professional experience with a Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
Knowledge and experience with ERPs (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle)
Proficiency using MS Suite Tools including Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles; process analysis and evaluation; and strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with executive perquisites, imputed income, and related proxy disclosures
Candidates local to the Irving, TX market
Experience working as part of a virtual team

Salary Range: $61,900 USD – $97,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
