Job Description : This is a remote (work from home) position with regular office hours – meaning no nights or weekends. If you have prior Financial/Investment experience (IRA, Retirement, Annuity) and have previously worked within an inbound call center environment, we encourage you to apply!

What you will do: The Resource Center serves as one of the primary points of contact for our advisors, their office staff and their clients. This position will be responsible for creating Raving Fans by providing outstanding Red-Carpet service. Our Resource Center Specialists are in a unique position to learn the Independent Financial Advice Business. Associate growth and development is a cornerstone of our firm. This role will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Cultivating one-on-one relationships with advisors, their staff, and end clients.
Serve as the Advisor’s primary point of contact through inbound calls or emails and own their reason for calling from start to finish.
Responding to questions regarding brokerage operations, advisory accounts and direct business. Topics can range from helping them with new account opening as well as servicing transactions.
Provide support to our advisors with our key technologies.
Utilize CRM tool to accurately record and track service requests and follow-up.
Work closely with other teams to achieve win-win outcomes for our Advisors.
What you need to have:
Prior experience with Investments/Finance
Ability to work from home (we provide the tools)
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
2+ years in an inbound Call Center environment
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Programs, Internet, and basic office equipment.
1+ year working with RIA or Broker-Dealer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
