Position : Fitler Square Part-Time Personal Assistant.
Job Description : Fitler Square finance executive and spouse seek in-person part-time (~20 hours/week) Personal Assistant.
Principal requires flexibility, agility, intelligence, and resourcefulness. Direct interaction with the principals will be limited but work will take place on-site. Must be able to quickly learn the principal’s style, routine, preferences, be an effective self-starter, highly trustworthy, and extremely discreet.
Responsibilities include:
· Personal calendar management
· Performing analyses and comparisons
· Running errands
· Digital filing
· Organization
· Liaison between principal and personal vendors
· Correspondence
· Travel planning
· Support on special projects
· Additional and wide-ranging support as needed
Key Requirements include:
· Experience working in a professional environment
· Detail-oriented
· Proactive problem-solver
· Independent, requires little direction
· Tech knowledge
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred; assistance experience required.
Part-time (~20 hours weekly), generally daytime hours, some schedule flexibility required.
$40 per hour, flexible based on experience.
