Job Description : Ensuring all processed products comply with federal laws Ensuring proper labeling of meats and other foods Examining animals used for food in private meat and poultry plants Following and enforcing required sanitation procedures in all locations Monitoring work stations and dressing proceduresPerforming inspections before and after slaughter to guarantee products are free of contaminationProviding education about federal regulations to plant managers and employeesReporting information from inspections to plant managers and appropriate supervisorsReporting unsanitary, unsafe or hazardous conditions to the proper personnel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
