Job Description : IKEA is looking for a Kitchen Production Leader for our Conshohocken, PA store! This person will manage a team and uphold kitchen safety standards. Daily responsibilities include delegating tasks, training, scheduling, and hiring co-workers. You will be ordering and managing inventory, and paying close attention to Food Safety standards.
This person should have a passion for developing and leading a team, and have experience computer skills and experience with Excel.
