Job Description : We have a Food Service Worker opening with MD Anderson in Houston, TX (TMC). The main purpose for the
Food Service Worker is toprovidesskills necessary to perform a variety of basic food service tasks including cleaning, set up and food distribution (as needed). This role will impact food service or production in the institution and be a key element to the daily operations of the Food & Nutrition Department. This position will be eligible for a competitive offer and full time benefits package.

Responsibilities:

Serve food and pick up trays
Clean and sanitize drains and coolers
Participates in maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area
Sanitation, sweeping, mopping, and keeping the general work area clean.
Take out trash and assist dining crew as needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 6 months of food handling experience is preferred
Hospital or Commercial food service operation background is preferred
