Job Description : Job description: – 1 . Experience in formulating Hair Colors , products range .2 . Must have good understanding of latest ingredients available in the market3 . Documentation & International Compliances to be fulfilled as required4 . Must be well versed with good lab practices5 . Ability to work independently6 . Develops, identifies, and modifies new and existing formulations and technologies for improved performance and/or cost reduction7 . Establishes new methods for evaluating products 8 . Leads interactions with contract formulation labs9 . Prepares samples for testing, such as stability, efficacy, or safety10.Identifies process improvements with regard to routine lab testing11.Effectively uses project management techniques to drive projects to completion12.Prepares specifications for raw materials and formulations13.Supports scale-up and pilot plant processing14.Documents projects through technology transfer documentation and Project Reports 15.Develops new processes for new or existing products16.Designs experiments and protocols to ensure scalability and robustness of new and/or modified formulations and processes Analytical Chemistry: 17.Interacts with external contract analytical labs to extend capabilities and manage external testingJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹200,000.00 per yearBenefits:Life insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Indore – 452009, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):Do you have Knowledge of Hair Formulation / Hair colour?Experience:total work: 5 years (Required)
