Position : Free People Wholesale Merchandise Assistant

Job Description : Responsibilities

Pull, analyze and distribute channel reporting for sales and inventory for Apparel and Intimates divisions
Create and manage line sheets for all categories for sales: Collection and Brand Extensions.
Communicate line changes to sales team and manage follow up questions.
Review B2B platform weekly to find and fix image/CAD needs. Report findings to merchant and communicate updates to Photo Studio team.
In partnership with Assistant Buyers and cross functional team, assist in market preparation including power point presentations, tracking samples, and data entry
Assist with special projects as necessary

Microsoft Office – Excel / Powerpoint / Word / Adobe Edit
System: Bluecherry, B2B
Clear communication, attention to detail, and follow through pertinent

Location
Philadelphia or NYC and Virtual Hybrid
