Full Training and walkthroughs provided
The ideal candidate wants more control of their future & income and has a book of business or is comfortable building a book from scratch as accounts are not provided. Although, a list of leads are provided but can find their own as well.
The Freight Broker Agent prospects for new customers and provides the customer solutions based on the carriers/providers that they source.
You will be provided an office space with a computer, phone, access to all programs, and an awesome work environment. This is our newest office in Mira Mesa, CA and there is major opportunity for growth!
A daily routine would be coming in and contacting leads asking for loads, once you’ve received a load you would try to move that load on a carrier for a profit margin, once the carrier agrees you would do check calls with him to make sure the load is moved and the delivery is complete. We like to start the day at 5am and end at 1pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

Commission pay

Experience:

Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
Freight Brokers & Agents: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
