Job Description : AAA Cooper Transportation, founded in 1955, is an asset based multi-regional trucking company providing less-than-truckload, truck load, dedicated contract carriage, brokerage and international services. AAA Cooper Dock Supervisors are a vital part of customer relations and are responsible for ensuring that our customers’ freight is delivered on-time and damage free. Job Responsibilities:

Ensure safety of all employees
Ability to resolve conflict
Make recommendations to Terminal Manager on advancement opportunities and disciplinary suggestions of employees
Plan deliveries using the Inbound Planning Tool
Manage dock workers to meet dock production goals and ensure delivery trailers are loaded correctly
Manage dock operations in assigned area

Qualifications:

At least 1 yr of mgmt experience in a cross-dock or fast-paced warehouse environment
Previous LTL freight experience preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass drug tests

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
