We are looking for an HR Trainee who is passionate & quick learner about HR Activities.
If you are really passionate & want to explore yourself in HR Trainee & involve in HR Operation & Talen Acquisition Task so here in Orangemantra gives you chance to enhance your HR/Management skills.
Experience- Freshers only, If Candidate have 3 to 6 months training/Internship experience in Recruitment Domain (Preferred)
Skills:-
Assisting departments with their recruitment needs & doing end to end recruitment
Coordinating prospective candidates, scheduling interview
Conducting inductions of new staff
Must have excellent communication and relationship skills.
Will interact with TA Team and managers and all levels of IT.
To be an HR Trainee you should have:-
A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong administrative and organisational skills
The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
An interest in working with people
Be confident about gathering facts and making financial calculations
The ability to work as part of a team
