Job Description : Come work at a fun and fast paced environment at the Residence Inn & Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Downtown! We are a 20-story high rise building in the heart of Downtown Phoenix, with a total of 320 guestrooms and over 7000 sq ft of meeting space. We are seeking individuals to join our team, to assist guests with any needs, making them feel at home, supporting other team members, all while having a great time!
We are searching for a candidate to fill our full time Front Desk Agent position. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Agents are also responsible for all reservation inquires during their shift. Front Desk Agents are expected to actively develop excellent service skills in dealing with clients, guest and co-workers.
Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays, with days off varying based on hotel needs.
$500 Sign-On Bonus! Each candidate hired will receive a $250 bonus on their first check and another $250 after their 90 days!
