Job Description : Seeking a professional and friendly front desk receptionist for a busy dermatology office in Colleyville. This position requires an individual who possess attention to detail, multi-tasking, and customer service skills.
Duties

Greeting patients and taking all necessary documentation
Accurate data entry
Scheduling patients with doctors, P.A.-C, or laser services
Collect payment for services and product
Answers and directs incoming calls.
Understands and adheres to HIPAA policies to ensure and maintain patient confidentiality
Helps to maintain a clean and tidy office
Other administrative duties as needed

Education/Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with eclinicalworks preferred
1 year similar experience preferred

Job Type
– Full Time, Monday – Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
