The Front Desk Receptionist’s responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to, being the first point of contact and professionally representing Cyber’s brand to clients, builders and vendors visiting our office/showroom(s), answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate department or colleague, coordinate and schedule use of conference rooms and showrooms, ordering office and kitchen supplies and having a high level of awareness and ownership of the overall cleanliness of the reception area, offices, showrooms, conference rooms and kitchen/break room.
Industry knowledge (hosting, reception, etc.) and experience (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, etc.) are extremely helpful but not mandatory for this role. If you feel like you would be a good fit, we’d love to talk to you about the Front Desk Receptionist position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 – $41,000.00 per year
