Position : Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description : High-volume physical therapy clinic seeks experienced, mature employee with receptionist/front desk and insurance skills. Need to be able to respond to a variety of patient needs including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance benefits and related issues. You also need to be able to multi-task, work well in a fast paced environment, have excellent customer service skills, and exercise good judgment in dealing with staff and patients. You may be the right person if you enjoy being face-to-face with people and can handle yourself with professionalism and compassion.
Requirements:
4 years experience working in a medical office
Knowledge of HIPPA and state/federal compliance requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
