FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support a clinical research office conducting dermatological testing.
The Receptionist will be responsible for working directly with the executive director and operations director to ensure smooth daily operations of the clinical office. Primary responsibilities include answering phones, greeting study participants, making/changing appointments, coordinating multiple calendars, recruitment of participants for various studies and maintaining good communication among front and back end staff.
Applicant should have a high degree of professionalism, excellent customer service skills, clear written communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced clinical setting. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and skillset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour

Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:All staff are required to be vaccinated and boosted. All staff and research participants are required to wear N95 masks in the office and socially distance when possible.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Customer service: 3 years (Required)
